Constructed by AAA Rental, LLC owned by Susan "Loemke" Myers. Building plans approved by the Village of Worden required fifty percent green space for rental property. The trees and dirt were added on October 31, 2024, after John Oltmann announced he would correct the zoning violations if elected as Village of Worden trustee. A review of the Madison County Zoning or Tax records indicated that the $415.32 yearly property taxes currently being assessed were based on the parcel being a vacant lot with no building structure. In addition, a search of records indicated that no building permits or Madison County Zoning inspections were conducted at the property during construction.
Constructed by AAA Rental, LLC owned by Susan "Loemke" Myer. Building plans approved by the Village of Worden required rental property to have fifty percent green space. Village of Worden Village Board Canidate John Oltman was previously issued a zoning violation by Police Chief Barb Wheat for the height of grass in his lawn at his residence in this area, but Barb Wheat fails to issue a zoning violation for green space violation to Susan (Loemker) Myer, police commissioner and village board member for ordinance violations involving required green space on the apartment structures being constructed by AAA Rental LLC. As a homeowner in the Village of Worden which do you feel has a greater impact on your home values, John Oltmann's grass not being mowed during the heat of the summer or Susan (Loemker) Myer being permitted with the current Village of Worden zoning approvals to construct these apartments in residential areas after being approved for zoning variances to be changed from single family to multiple family and then covering the property in gravel as a parking lot. Change is in your voice and in your vote. Enforcement of zoning violations cannot be selective and once your values as a public official has engaged in this type of conduct your public trust has been compromised.
Village of Worden Board of Trustee Candidate John Oltmann, while obtaining 100 signatures from Village of Worden residents, announced a political platform that included zoning violations of the property located at 329 Rutledge Street, Village of Worden, Il. The parcel of land owned by Susan (Loemker) Myers, Village Board Trustee, Police Commissioner and owner of AAA Rental LLC is being used in violation of failure to maintain required green space by village ordinance. If John Oltmann can cause Susan (Loemker) Myers to have dirt deliver over the concern over John Oltmann identifying these zoning violations and speaking publicly, which depreciate residential values. Imagine what John Oltman would accomplish when elected to the Village Board on April 1, 2025.
